Some of these are a little hard to find but it's amazing what wonderful things you can find if you look beyond the garden centre.<BR/><BR/>John - the spud I recommended was probably Marfona, which is my favourite waxy. It shouldn't be too hard to find either, as it's a modern variety grown by farmers.
